USP is one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings and the aim of the marketing brochure was to successfully highlight these outstanding credentials.

The design took elements of the building’s interior, creating a striking pattern, with the graphic device used throughout the brochure. Infographics and photography were central to delivering the key messages.
